I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I earned my master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and have dedicated more than 15 years to supporting individuals who are living with severe and persistent mental health challenges.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, and I’ve learned that every person’s story is unique. My role is not only to provide therapy but also to create a safe, supportive space where my clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
I believe strongly that recovery is possible. With the right combination of therapy, medication when needed, and a genuine belief in oneself, people can make meaningful progress and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
My passion lies in helping individuals recognize their strengths, build resilience, and step into the best version of themselves. I see recovery as a partnership, where together we set goals, face challenges, and celebrate growth along the way.
